Rincon del Sol was established in Boulder, CO in 2000. The restaurant is locally owned and
operated, and its recipes come from the heart and soul of Guadalajara, Mexico. We currently  
employ over 30 people and serve more than 120,000 satisfied customers each year.

Our goal is to provide great tasting, high quality Mexican food and beverages, in a fun and
friendly environment. We strive to accommodate our customers, so that at Rincon Del Sol you can
relax with family and friends while enjoying the fun and flavors of old Mexico.

We always greet you with a warm smile and a bountiful basket of warm corn tortilla chips, freshly
prepared using 100% cholesterol free vegetable oil.

Nothing goes better with our chips than our famous salsa and bean dip! Made fresh daily with
only the freshest ingredients.

Freshness is also the secret to the unforgettable flavor of our sizzling fajitas. We always start
with fresh - never frozen - tender chicken breast and juicy steak as our main ingredient.

recipes. Our chef skillfully prepare all our food fresh each and every day.
